Our monthly toy packages include only toys. We never send anything edible like treats or chews. We strictly specialize in supplying the best toys for your pups.

We have 2 different membership types. Monthly and Annual. Annual members save $59 each year.

Our billing cycles are either month to month or year to year and we do not require any commitments or contracts. Your membership renews on the same day each month (or year for annual members), the calendar day you join. You can cancel or change your membership at anytime during the month without any additional penalties or fees.

1. Our guarantee does not have any additional fees or costs what-so-ever and is included with your membership. If you receive a toy that you or your pup don’t like; or your pup destroy’s their new toy, you can simply go to your account dashboard here on our website to request a new toy that will be shipped completely FREE.

2. We never require destroyed or unwanted toys to be shipped back to us.

3. There is no timeframe on when a toy is eligible to be replaced, even if you received it over a year ago and it is destroyed today.

4. You can request 1 new toy at a time, as many times as needed. We send 1 new toy per request, but we never limit the number of new toy requests you can make each month.

Our monthly toy packages have two toys inside. If you have a promo code, you will get three toys every month! Start each month with your new monthly package, then request replacement toys as needed throughout the month. We never send anything edible like treats or chews. We strictly specialize in supplying the best toys for your pups.

Absolutely you can! If you see a specific toy in our online toy showcase that you would like sent in your upcoming monthly toy packages you can simply add it to your wishlist.

You may update your wishlist at any time by visiting your account dashboard.

Our toy experts will begin processing and shipping your first package after you activate your membership. Allow up to three business days for this to happen. You will receive an order number and tracking information to your email address.

Yes, you can update your dog profile at anytime in the future.

We never require destroyed or unwanted toys to be shipped back to us.

No, we never send the same toy twice unless it is requested by you.

There are never any taxes or shipping fees. The membership price you see is the final and only price you pay.

At this time, we only ship membership packages to all 50 U.S. states. If you live outside the U.S. you can still order toys from our toy store.

NOTE: We are unable to provide FREE replacement toys if you are located outside of the U.S. and signup for our monthly membership service.
